We all have dearly cherished our school days. It is the classrooms, our benches, playgrounds and our lunch time with friends that is etched in our memories forever.
Most rural schools in India lack some of these facilities that make learning and school days memorable. It is with this intention that we started ‘Asha’. A programme that facilitates requirements in rural schools and orphanages. Requirements like water purifiers, pad vending machines, sanitation, vegetable gardens, playgrounds etc. to create a better environment for learning.
By November 2019, we aim to impact 100 rural schools and 20 orphanages.
With your help, Drikshya may be able to facilitate requirements to as many schools and orphanages as possible with the contributions made towards this cause. The programme allows individuals to donate any amount, as they seem fit and does not entitle to a full commitment.
